Quality Control Process
Three-stage inspection ensures consistent quality from raw materials to finished products.

- Plastic component dimensional and visual inspection

- Patrol sampling every 2 hours during production

- Dielectric withstand (1.5x rated voltage / 1 min)
- Electrical endurance sampling per UL/IEC standards
- Salt spray testing (48h/96h per client requirements)
- ROHS/REACH compliance verification (XRF screening)

Shipping Methods
- International Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 days — samples, small-batch, urgent orders
- Air Freight: 5–10 days — medium-batch orders
- Sea Freight: 15–40 days (destination-dependent) — high-volume orders

We provide complete export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (FORM A / FORM E / CO), Bill of Lading, and other required documents to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Claims Process
- Submit quality issue description with photos/video to [email protected]
- We provide a preliminary analysis report within 48 hours
- If return analysis is needed, we issue an RMA number and return instructions
- Upon confirmation of a quality issue: replacement products shipped, or credit applied to next order, or refund per contract terms
Intellectual Property Protection
We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Your design files, drawings, and commercial information are used solely for order fulfillment and are never shared with third parties.
